Newspaper for the submission of Guimarães 2012 to the Melina Mercouri Prize, Brussels. Taking by starting point "Change in progress" by João Nunes, and in collaboration with him, we have created a journal that summarized the event concept and the progress in the different areas of programming for the Capital. The purpose was to translate the profusion of expressions and the planing work, allowing to see the event in its whole and its evolution in time.
