Garland Group, established in 1776, operates in the areas of Logistics, Transportation, and Navigation. The Valadares Logistics Center, part of the group's Logistics sector, is a project with a strong sustainability focus, both in its construction and in its management and operation. Its application for BREEAM New Construction certification motivated the development of more environmentally conscious graphic environments that inspire and communicate this awareness as part of the organization's DNA.

The project encompasses administrative, social, and industrial spaces in terms of signage and environment animation. The aim is to prioritize comfort, efficiency, and sustainability, conveying a cohesive corporate language with a sense of the future; to create versatile convergence spaces and opportunities for interaction among those who share the space daily.

Creation of chromatic and tactile environments with acoustic and ecological advantages.

The visual exploration of the claim “All in One Greener World”, a derivative of the corporate claim “All in One World”, plays a special role in this space due to the characteristics it incorporates and proposes.
The material solutions were guided by a sustainable approach, using ecological coverings made from shoe soles (Goma®) with high acoustic and thermal performance and other materials that, although not recycled, have the potential to be recycled and are resistant to wear and tear with a high durability/ease of maintenance index.
There is a strong chromatic and identity component in all three types of area. Corporate blue prevails in the administrative areas, giving way to other shades of green in the social areas, where the concepts of sustainability and well-being are dominant. In the industrial, warehouse area, an exploration of the scale of the acronym makes the environment distinct and recognizable.
